Terms of Service
Last updated 24 October 2026
By creating a Lumio account you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.
What Lumio is
Lumio is a tool for recording and understanding your own spending. It doesn't hold money, make payments, or connect to your bank. Figures you see are based only on what you enter.
Not financial advice
Insights, scores and daily spending suggestions are estimates to help you think about your money. They aren't financial, tax or legal advice.
Your account
- Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only enter information you have the right to use, and don't use Lumio for anything unlawful.
- You own the data you put in Lumio. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
The service
We work to keep Lumio available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, and features may change while it's in early access. Export your data if you want your own copy. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from using Lumio.
Ending your account
You can stop using Lumio at any time; to delete your account, contact us through the Help Center in the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Changes and contact
We'll update the date above when these terms change. Questions? contact us through the Help Center in the app.
